As a Financial Controller, you'll oversee the day-to-day financial operations and ensure everything runs smoothly. From financial reporting to budgeting, you'll play a vital role in supporting the company's financial health and decision-making.

Description

Prepare and manage financial reports to provide clear insights into company performance.
Oversee budgeting processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
Manage and develop the finance team to achieve effective operations.
Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.

Profile

A successful Financial Controller should have:

A strong background in accounting and finance within the property industry.
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
Proven ability to manage financial operations and reporting effectively.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
Strong leadership skills to manage and develop a finance team.
Proficiency with financial systems and tools.
