Customer Service Administrator

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy distribution operation based in Chipping Norton.

This is a varied role involving customer service, order processing and general administration, working closely with customers, suppliers and the warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

Processing customer and supplier orders
Handling customer queries and delivery issues
Managing the orders inbox
Checking orders against invoices and delivery paperwork
Liaising with suppliers and the warehouse to ensure orders are fulfilled
Creating purchase orders and warehouse pick lists
Providing general administrative support and holiday/sickness cover

About You

Previous customer service or administration experience
Good Microsoft Office skills
Excellent telephone and email communication
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment

Xero and Unleashed experience would be advantageous, but training will be provided.
