As an Office Manager in the healthcare industry, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the office to ensure everything operates smoothly. Based in Lichfield, you'll play a key role in supporting the team with administrative tasks and keeping the workplace organised. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager who enjoys leading teams and managing operational processes.

Client Details

A company based in the healthcare sector located in Lichfield. They are an industry leader now seeking a temporary office manager to join them in their office in Lichfield on a hybrid basis. The role is primarily hybrid, requiring attendance in the office approximately one day per week. However, we are also open to considering candidates who require a fully remote working arrangement.

Description

Manage and support a team of 7 administrative and operational staff
Ensure the smooth running of Facilities administration processes
Coordinate workloads, priorities, and team performance
Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders
Maintain operational standards and support business continuity
Oversee reporting, scheduling, and general office management activities
Support the transition and handover process throughout the contract period

Profile

A successful Office Manager should have:

Previous experience in an Office Manager, Operations Manager, Facilities Coordinator, or similar leadership role
Experience managing and motivating teams
Excellent organisational and communication skills
The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
Strong stakeholder management skills
Confidence learning new systems and processes

Job Offer

Up to 6-week interim assignment
Competitive salary equivalent of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Flexible hybrid working arrangement
Opportunity to work fully remotely where required
