Job Summary

Nelson Recruitment Services are currently seeking a temporary HR & admin assistant , working part time for one of our clients in the Aldridge area

Location:

WS9 8SW

Hours:

18 hours per week - 3 x 6 hour days

Duration:

Till January 2027

Pay:

Starting at £12.71

Duties

Manage and update HR information systems
Keep on top of daily admin
Computer literate
Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire documentation
Ensuring compliance with company policies
Maintain meticulous data entry records related to employee attendance, leave management, and benefits administration

Qualifications

Proven experience in HR and admin
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information across diverse audiences.
Demonstrated proficiency in data entry, record keeping, and managing multiple HR systems simultaneously
