HR Administrator (Temporary Ongoing)
Location: Windsor
DBS Needed
Hybrid working 2 days WFH
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Temporary Ongoing
Start Date: Immediate Start Available
Salary: £13.74
Safer Hand Solutions are working in partnership with a well-established organisation based in Windsor who are looking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator on a temporary ongoing basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and professional individual who is available to start immediately and is looking to gain experience within a busy and supportive HR environment.

Key Responsibilities

Providing administrative support to the HR team
Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
Assisting with onboarding and induction processes
Preparing contracts, letters and other HR documentation
Managing holiday, absence and sickness records
Supporting recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and candidate communication
Responding to employee queries in a timely and professional manner
Ensuring all personnel files are accurate and compliant
Assisting with HR projects and reporting where required

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience within a HR Administration role
DBS Needed
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
A proactive and professional approach to work
Available to start as soon as possible
Able to commit to full-time hours of 40 hours per week
