Service Administrator | Poole | £12.71 per hour | Temporary

As a Service Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

Process supplier invoices within agreed SLA timeframes
Maintain ownership of the company vehicle fleet, including insurance, MOT, and servicing
Coordinate staff travel bookings and itineraries
Manage stationery, consumables, and uniform stock levels
Complete vendor forms and liaise with suppliers and the bookkeeping team
Greet visitors and manage incoming calls and messages

As a Service Administrator, your experience will include:

Strong administrative and organisational skills
A confident, professional telephone manner
Experience liaising with suppliers or handling invoice processing
Comfortable using intermediate IT systems day to day
Experience in an office support or customer service environment
