Senior Administrator / PA
(Office-based)
Salary: £28,000+
Permanent Role
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Based near Kettering

An excellent opportunity for a detail-focused administrator with a passion for reporting and analysis to advance their career in a high-growth environment. Ideal for someone with experience in an Administrative or PA background

Working with precision and efficiency, you will ensure that all documentation is complete and accurate before finance agreements are activated and payouts to customers are made, while supporting established sales reporting and analysis for key stakeholders.

You will work within a small team of 6 including 2 directors, with regular contact with clients, giving genuine opportunity for personal development and additional responsibility as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
Verify the completeness and accuracy of finance agreements and supporting documentation packs
Complete process checklists to ensure compliance with requirements prior to payout or submission
Complete recorded telephone verification calls with customers prior to payout
Update the CRM system with accurate data relevant to the payout process.
Scan and file agreement packs, including submission of payout packs where required

Sales Reporting and Analysis
Record sales data accurately, giving senior management a real-time view of performance
Build knowledge of relevant commission policies to verify accuracy of sales data
Provide regular sales reporting and analysis to support senior management decision-making
Support finance colleagues on income reconciliations, investigating and resolving variances

General Administrative Support
Support supplier setup and accurate invoice entry
Support preparation of supplier payment runs
Support the internal expenses process, including review and validation of submission
Support with recruitment
Work with the directors to ensure invoices are raised on time
Review aged debtors and assist with the collection process where required
Skills and Experience Required

Essential
Experience working within a private sector Administrative department
Experience maintaining, analysing, and reporting sales data
Experience using CRM systems
Intermediate user of Excel
Experience working within a fast-paced business environment
