Berry Recruitment are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a busy office based in King's Lynn.

Reporting to the Director/Manager, you'll handle a range of administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain up-to-date office administration
Answer phones and direct accurate information as needed
Supporting the Sales Team with sales paperwork
Liaise with clients regarding payments and overdue accounts
Assisting a variety of different customers and businesses with the sales process
Order processing
Providing quotes
Inputting data
Representing the company with a positive, professional attitude

Requirements:

GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or above)
Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
Sage knowledge is desirable.
Ability to work as part of a team, with strong organisational skills
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Salary: £14.00 an hour

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am-4pm, Friday 9am-2pm.
