Role - PA EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT c£30k -£34k (Full Time or Pro Rata Part Time)

Duties and Responsibilities

Managing busy and complex diaries
Scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
Providing day-to-day administrative support to multiple Directors
Responding to queries and prioritising tasks effectively
Being available and responsive during agreed working hours
Maintain confidentiality in all communications

Skills and Experience

Previous PA, Executive Assistant, or Virtual PA experience is essential
Strong IT skills including being proficient in MS Office (Word; Excel; PowerPoint
Excellent diary management and organisational skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work 2 or 3 days on site (Tuesdays and Wednesdays ideally but not essential)
