Description

Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator - 6-month FTC include:

Manage customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery and supply chain issues.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the database as needed.
Monitor stock levels and liaise with the logistics team to ensure availability.
Generate reports and provide updates on order status and customer feedback.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer insights.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for customer service operations.

Profile

The successful Customer Service Coordinator - 6-month FTC should have:

Experience in customer service/sales admin/order processing.
Previous FMCG experience highly desirable.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in SAP would be advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
