As a Planned Works Surveyor in Coalville, you'll help ensure property projects run smoothly by overseeing planned works and maintenance activities. Your role will involve managing projects, assessing properties, and ensuring everything meets required standards within the property industry.

Client Details

An east mid based housing provider.

Description

Oversee planned works and maintenance projects from start to finish.
Focus on bathroom projects.
Conduct property assessments and prepare detailed reports.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Work closely with contractors and suppliers to manage project timelines and budgets.
Provide technical advice and guidance on property maintenance matters.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects.
Support the team in delivering high-quality property services.

Profile

A successful Planned Works Surveyor should have:

Experience in managing property maintenance or planned works projects.
Strong knowledge of property regulations and standards.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
The ability to assess and report on property conditions.
Good communication skills to work effectively with contractors and team members.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
