Location: Wallingford
Job Type: Full-Time, Contract (Maternity cover)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Pay: £12.71 - £13.50 per hour (DOE)

Planet Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in Wallingford.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting a production team.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing and checking weekly timesheets
Providing general administrative support to the office and production teams
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Filing, scanning and organising documentation
Answering emails and handling general enquiries
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the production office
Assisting with any other administrative duties as required

What We're Looking For:

Previous administration experience
Excellent attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Good organisational and communication skills
Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
A positive, reliable and flexible approach

What's on Offer:

Competitive hourly pay of £12.71 - £13.50, depending on experience
Monday to Friday working hours (8:00am - 4:00pm)
Friendly and supportive working environment
Weekly pay
