Are you an organised and customer-focused administrator with a passion for delivering outstanding service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building strong relationships with customers?

We're looking for a Customer Service Administrator to become a key member of a busy customer service team, supporting customers from order through to delivery. If you're a great communicator with excellent attention to detail and enjoy solving problems, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism.
Providing stock availability updates and delivery ETAs.
Liaising with Sales, Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Supporting the external sales team with day-to-day administration.
Maintaining accurate customer records and company systems.
Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a customer service or administration role.
Excellent communication and telephone skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
A proactive, positive attitude and excellent attention to detail.
Experience with order processing or within manufacturing, distribution or building products would be advantageous but isn't essential.
