The Role

Working as an Office Administrator, you will provide valuable support to the wider team and help ensure the smooth running of daily office operations.

Your duties will include:

Processing customer orders and ensuring information is recorded accurately
Preparing and issuing sales invoices
Supporting stock administration and resolving queries
Responding to telephone enquiries and directing calls appropriately
Updating records and maintaining accurate paperwork
Providing general administrative assistance across the business
Supporting colleagues with additional tasks as required

About You

We are looking for someone who is dependable, well organised and confident working within a busy office environment.

Ideally, you will have:

Previous experience in administration, office support or a similar role
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and business systems
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy
Good numerical skills and confidence handling figures
Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
The ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the team
