Legal Contracts Executive

Location: Manchester City Centre - office based
Salary: £27,000 per annum

This role is in legal tech and will not be a route into a qualified legal pathway - we will only be able to consider candidates who have decided they wish to pursue a career away from this.

The Role
As a Legal Contracts Executive, you will bridge the gap between legal expertise and cutting-edge technology. You'll play a crucial role in implementing tailored solutions for customers, enhancing their contract processes.

Responsibilities:

Assist in setting up customer preferences, configuring workflows, and reviewing contract types.
Deliver projects on time, consistently meeting targets.
Engage with stakeholders to understand project requirements.
Leverage product expertise to provide top-notch training sessions for end users.
Utilise AI and technology to streamline processes, ensuring work meets the high standards set by the organisation.
Share innovative ideas with peers to enhance customer experiences.
Participate in daily meetings to update on progress and discuss challenges.

What We're Looking For:

An undergraduate degree in Law and a passion for technology and innovation is key!
Strong presentation skills and the ability to demo products to diverse audiences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to work on a rota basis covering US hours (until 8pm two days per week)
Experience in building relationships with clients in fast-paced environments is a plus.
A keen interest or experience in AI prompt engineering
Desire to learn
