Customer Service Advisor

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and supportive team. This is a varied role that requires excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on delivering first-class customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring customers receive a seamless experience from order placement through to delivery.

This role would suit someone who is confident communicating with customers, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in finding solutions and delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to customers, suppliers, and colleagues at all times.
Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email, taking ownership of queries through to resolution.
Investigate and resolve issues relating to customer orders and deliveries.
Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams, ensuring all parties are kept informed throughout the process.
Escalate unresolved issues or complaints where appropriate.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Support retailers with the use of the portal.
Process order returns and manage associated administration.
Apply amendments, cancellations, and discounts within internal systems.
Identify and proactively resolve potential order processing issues.
Liaise with factories and logistics partners to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
Provide general administrative support to the wider business.
Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.

About You

Skills & Experience

Previous customer service or customer support experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Confident handling customer enquiries and resolving issues.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and use initiative.
Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Good IT skills and experience using customer management or order processing systems.
