Temporary Purchasing Administrator

Kirkby In Ashfield
Temporary (4-6 weeks)
£14.00 per hour
Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm (42.5 paid hours per week)
Hybrid: 1 day working from home

SF Partners are currently recruiting for a Temporary Purchasing Administrator to join a busy and friendly team on a 4-6 week assignment.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator who is confident managing purchase orders, speaking with suppliers and keeping on top of a busy workload.

The Role

Processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently
Raising and managing purchase orders (POs)
Contacting suppliers to chase updates on pricing, lead times and deliveries
Building strong relationships with suppliers over the phone and by email
Ensuring purchasing records and systems are kept up to date
Providing general administrative support to the purchasing team

About You

Has previous administration experience, ideally within purchasing or procurement
Is confident speaking with suppliers over the phone
Has excellent attention to detail and can work accurately
Is organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
Is confident using Microsoft Office and picking up new systems quickly

This is an immediate requirement, so we're looking for someone who is available to start straight away.
