The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function for a growing fashion brand. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy while leading a high-performing team across brand, digital and customer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy in line with business objectives.
Oversee all marketing channels, including:
- Paid Media
- Social Media
- Brand Marketing
- CRM
- Loyalty
- Influencer Marketing
- PR
Own and manage the annual marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns and launches are effectively planned and executed.
Lead the planning and delivery of brand activations, events and experiential marketing initiatives.
Drive influencer marketing strategy, building impactful partnerships that enhance brand visibility.
Set clear KPIs across the marketing function, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of spend and strong return on investment.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns across all customer touchpoints.

About You:

Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within the fashion industry.
Strong experience across brand, digital and performance marketing.
Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Experience leading and developing marketing teams.
Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Passion for fashion, brand building and delivering best-in-class customer experiences.
