The role of the Medical Administrator will be too:
- Provide support to the Practice Manager and wider team
- Support the Practice safeguarding office in all aspects of patient safeguarding
- Minute take in practice meetings
- Provide workflow support
The suitable Medical Administrator will:
- Have previous work history in a similar fast paced environment
- Have experience in safeguarding, workflow, SARS and CQC
- Possess knowledge and experience of SystmOne
- Demonstrate an outgoing, friendly personality with a desire to meet new people
- Have the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
- Have the ability to stay calm under pressure and to be able to multi-task in a similar environment
- Demonstrate a willingness to adapt to the changing working practices of a busy medical environment
- Have good administrative, IT and keyboard skills
