Alma Personnel are pleased to be working with their Northampton based client to recruit for a highly organised Business Administrator to be based out of their offices.

Joining a company who are based nationally you will be tasked with the following :-

Providing general administrative support to the office
Covering front of house reception
Preparing and maintaining meeting rooms
Meeting and greeting office visitors
Helping with internal and external events
Ensuring a great client experience with both in-person visitors and telephone contact with clients and suppliers
Assisting with general office upkeep
Undertaking relevant project work as required

You will need to possess the following to be successful in this role:-

GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 5 or above (or equivalent)
Proven communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong IT skills, specifically MS Suite and able to pick up new IT packages very quickly
Exceptional attention to detail
A positive, confident and proactive attitude
Enjoy working as part of a team and self-motivated
Relevant work experience and/or experience of working within a fast paced office environment
