Part Time Compliance Officer

3 DAYS PER WEEK

THIS ROLE IS A 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Salary: £47,000 - £50,000 FTE (Pro Rata £20,000 - £22,000 Dependent on Experience)

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a Part-Time Compliance Officer for an education provider in Worcester. They are looking for an organised and detail-oriented individual to support compliance, policy management and regulatory requirements across the college.

This role is ideally suited to someone with previous experience working within a school, college, university or similar educational setting, with an understanding of the compliance and regulatory requirements unique to the education sector.

Part Time Compliance Officer responsibilities:

Review and maintain college policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, health & safety and statutory requirements
Support inspections, audits and compliance reporting
Liaise with internal teams and external agencies
Maintain accurate records and provide general administrative support

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous compliance experience, ideally within education
Strong knowledge of UK compliance and regulatory requirements
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication skills
The ability to work to deadlines
