Corby | Temporary Position | Immediate Start Available

Are you organised, eager to learn, and looking to build your career in administration? We're recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy and supportive team based in Corby.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some previous office or administrative experience who is keen to develop their skills in a fast-paced working environment. What You'll Be Doing

As an Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Duties will include:

Managing incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
Updating and maintaining company records and databases
Data entry and ensuring information is accurate and up to date
Coordinating diaries, appointments, and meetings
Preparing and processing documentation
Providing administrative support to various departments
Helping ensure the smooth running of office operations

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from candidates who:

Have some previous administration, customer service, office support, or data entry experience
Are confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Have excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Can manage their workload effectively and prioritise tasks
Enjoy working as part of a team but are equally comfortable working independently
Have a positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
