Multi Drop Van Driver

Location: Flexible across Radstock, Mendip & Shepton Mallet
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday

Job Overview

Pin Point Recruitment is seeking a reliable, flexible, and skilled Multi Drop Van Driver to join our team.

This role requires a driver who is happy to float between our three sites in Radstock, Mendip, and Shepton Mallet, providing cover where required. You will be responsible for delivering palletised goods safely and efficiently while ensuring timely collections and maintaining excellent customer service.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and can adapt to different locations and daily routes.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a company van in accordance with all road traffic regulations.
Travel between Radstock, Mendip, and Shepton Mallet sites as required to support operational needs.
Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure the van is roadworthy and safe to operate.
Load and unload palletised goods, ensuring all cargo is secured correctly.
Complete multi-drop deliveries and collections efficiently while meeting scheduled times.
Maintain accurate delivery records, mileage logs, and relevant documentation.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and colleagues regarding schedules and any delivery issues.
Follow all company policies relating to health and safety, vehicle maintenance, and customer service.

Skills & Experience

Previous commercial van driving experience.
Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
Flexible approach and willingness to work across multiple depot locations.
Strong navigation skills and confidence using GPS systems.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
A positive attitude with a commitment to safety and professionalism.
