As a Customer Service Advisor in Harrogate, you'll be helping customers with their queries and ensuring they have a smooth experience. This temporary role in the technology and telecoms industry is all about providing great service and keeping things running efficiently.

Client Details

A specialise leader in their field, this business is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their Harrogate office.

Description

First line of contact for new and existing customers.
Logging faults relating to customers' services.
Inputting and processing new customer orders and sales.
General upkeep of the company CRM system (both client and customer information).
Working with engineers to manage new installations and site visits.
Gathering customer feedback to help improve our services.
Reporting faults and service outages to management and the technical team.
Carrying out basic system diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Responding to customer emails and online enquiries.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous customer service or call centre experience is desirable but not essential.
Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
Ability to work well as part of a team and manage a varied workload.
A positive and professional attitude.

Please note this role will be fully office based.

Working patterns will be: Monday to Friday (09:00am - 17:30pm)
