Graduate Customer Service Opportunity

Full Time

On-going temporary role

£12.90 per hour

We're hiring for a Customer Service Representative, offering an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career with a growing, people-focused organisation.

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering exceptional customer service across phone, email, and online channels
Supporting customers with enquiries, account queries, and service requests
Building positive relationships and providing tailored solutions
Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure an outstanding customer experience
Developing your skills through ongoing training and career development opportunities

What We're Looking For:

A recent graduate with a positive, can-do attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
