Warehouse Supervisor

Daventry

Full Time - Permanent

You will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a fantastic team to achieve operational excellence.
Develop, implement, and optimise warehouse processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain management.
Analyse performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

What You Bring:

Proven experience in warehouse supervision or similar roles.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
A problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail.
Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
