The Role:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will:

Ensure accurate order fulfilment and high-standard packing.
Operate forklift, manage stock, and prepare goods for shipment.
Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and meet KPIs.
Follow Health and Safety rules and ensure place is safe and secure to operate.
Collecting and placing stock in various parts of the warehouse.
Guide lorry drivers and making them park at loading / off-loading location.
Checking & off-loading stock with forklift and placing at correct location.
Making space in the warehouse to accommodate deliveries by driving pallet truck and hand stacking
Operate shrink wrapping machine we shrink appox 150 pallets a day.
Ability to work as a team and take responsibility of task in hand
Ensure all trucks leave on time and fully loaded and items left behind.

What We’re Looking For:

1-2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment (desirable).
Ability to Drive Forklift and electric pallet truck with confidence.
Organised, proactive, focused and ability to plan ahead with a positive attitude.
Ability to lift and carry light/medium boxes and stand for long periods.
Strong communication skills and a team player.
Ability to lead and motivate your colleagues.
