This role is all about keeping things running smoothly for the Heads of Sixth Form and Middle School in Brighton. You'll handle a mix of administrative and organisational tasks that help the department stay on top of its responsibilities.

Description

Manage diaries and schedules for the Heads of Sixth Form and Middle School.
Organise meetings, appointments and events, ensuring everything is planned efficiently.
Prepare and distribute documents, reports and presentations as needed.
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, professionally and promptly.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Assist with general office administration and support.
Take minutes at meetings and follow up on action points where necessary.

Profile

A successful PA to Heads of Sixth Form & Middle School should have:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting others.
Previous experience in a similar administrative or PA role.

Job Offer

Salary ranging from £24,000 to £28,000, dependent on the level of experience.
Permanent position in a well-established organisation.
