Estimator for a fit-out company with projects on multiple sectors

Read all the documents
Measure and produce a bill of quantities if applicable
Produce a sub-contractor list for approval with all contact details
Issue a tender with all drawings via transfer
Mark up any scope document, specific to the proposed trade
Add any prudent additional details within the email, dates for returning, prelims, etc.
Request dates for mobilisation, lead times and construction works.
Produce simple high level programme based on subbie feedback
Chase all subbies by email and phone to get at least 3 prices on each package
Line up all returned packages, fill in any cost/scope gaps with recommendations
Save all sub-contractor costs and relevant information directly into SharePoint in an easy to use format
Arrange meeting with directors to review ready for submission
