Marble Talent Group are currently recruiting for a Service Administrator to join their clients team in Wrotham Heath within Coffee Industry!

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and coordinate engineer visits for installations, services, and breakdowns.
Act as the first point of contact for customer service calls and enquiries.
Liaise with engineers to maximise efficiency.
Process service reports and parts orders.

Personal Requirements -

Experience in a Service Coordinator/Scheduler/Administrator role.
Ideally have experience within the coffee/hospitiality industry.
Strong organisation and communication skills.
Confident under pressure with good IT knowledge.

Salary - £28k - £32k depending on experience
