Admin Assistant - Southwark - Secondary School - £100-£130 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time - Immediate Start

Admin Assistant - Previous school administration experience required
Admin Assistant - Experience using Arbor, SIMS or Bromcom desirable
Admin Assistant - Must have excellent organisational and communication skills
Admin Assistant - Required full time ASAP

The Role - Admin Assistant
Seeking an organised and professional Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day running of a busy secondary school office supporting pupils aged 11-18. You will be responsible for handling reception duties, answering telephone and email enquiries, maintaining accurate pupil records, processing attendance, supporting admissions, liaising with parents and visitors and providing administrative support to senior leaders and teaching staff. The ideal candidate will be confident using Microsoft Office and school management systems, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
