Site Administrator

Location: Preston
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Working arrangement: Office based, five days per week

We are looking for a Site Administrator to support a busy project team based in Preston. The successful candidate will provide general administrative and document control support, while assisting with project reports and maintaining accurate site information.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the site team
Manage, organise and maintain project documentation
Ensure documents are correctly filed, recorded and kept up to date
Assist with the preparation of general project and performance reports
Update information using Power BI and other Microsoft applications
Maintain site records, trackers and spreadsheets
Coordinate meetings, correspondence and project information
Support the team with timesheets, training records and site documentation
Communicate with site staff, subcontractors and other project stakeholders

Experience Required

Previous experience in an administrative role
Some experience with document control
Confident using Microsoft Office applications
Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools would be beneficial
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a busy project or site environment
Good written and verbal communication skills
