Customer Support Administrator (Finance)

Location: City Centre, Manchester

£30,000 per annum + bonus

What You'll Do:
As a Customer Support Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in guiding clients through their pensions transfer and onboarding journey. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting clients with their inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience.
Maintaining accurate records and managing multiple administrative tasks.
Following structured procedures to deliver high-quality work.
Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and enhance client satisfaction.
