Client Details

This position is with a company in the retail industry based in Twickenham.

Description

Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order fulfilment runs smoothly.
Maintain and update order records in the system.
Handle customer queries related to orders and provide clear information.
Work closely with the warehouse team to manage stock availability.
Prepare and distribute order-related documentation as needed.
Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies with orders.
Support the wider team with administrative tasks when required.

Profile

A successful Sales Order Processing professional should have:

Experience in order processing or a similar administrative role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using office software and order management systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.

Job Offer

Permanent position based in Twickenham.
Salary range of £29,000 to £30,000, dependent on the level of experience.
