Description

Process and manage invoices accurately and efficiently.
Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining records.
Support payroll processing and related financial tasks.
Handle supplier and customer account queries professionally.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
Contribute to month-end and year-end financial processes.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

Previous experience in accounting or a similar financial role.
A solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good communication skills for dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
