Earn up to £48,000 FTE in this part-time Nurse Manager role, overseeing a small caseload of just six bespoke complex care packages across West Yorkshire. Working for a specialist provider of nurse-led complex care, you'll support children and adults with complex clinical needs while enjoying genuine autonomy, close multidisciplinary working and the opportunity to make a lasting difference to the lives of your clients and their families.

About the Company A specialist provider of nurse-led complex care and supported living services, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to children and adults with complex clinical needs. Their experienced multidisciplinary teams are committed to helping people live safely and independently at home while maintaining exceptional standards of clinical governance.

The Role

Manage a caseload of six bespoke complex care packages.
Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop person-centred care plans.
Provide clinical leadership and support to care teams, ensuring the highest standards of care.
Work collaboratively with families, CHC teams, commissioners and community professionals.
Monitor clinical governance, medication management and care quality across your caseload.

About You

Registered Nurse (NMC).
Experience supporting children within a community or complex care setting.
Experience caring for clients with tracheostomies and mechanical ventilation.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
