Nursery Manager

Salary: £40,289 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Type: Full Time | Permanent

About the Setting

You'll be leading a modern nursery caring for over 80 children across 9 well-equipped rooms, supported by a friendly team of more than 20 staff.

The setting prides itself on putting children at the heart of everything it does. The team works collaboratively to create a nurturing, inspiring environment where high standards, consistency and strong relationships enable every child to thrive.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous experience managing an early years setting
Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above)
Has strong leadership and people management skills
Is passionate about delivering exceptional childcare
Has a thorough understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
Can motivate, inspire and develop a successful team
