Our client is an award-winning 5* housebuilder with a strong presence across Berkshire and the surround counties. As a the region continues to grow and several developments begin construction, they are looking to introduce a Sales Coordinator to support the wider Sales & Marketing Teams.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to a busy regional Sales & Marketing team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the sales function. Working closely with colleagues across the business, your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating the customer journey from reservation through to legal completion and handover.
Maintaining accurate CRM systems, sales records and customer documentation.
Producing reports, processing invoices and supporting sales administration.
Assisting with the launch of new developments and sales offices.
Coordinating marketing materials, customer communications and supplier relationships.
Supporting compliance, training records and wider departmental administration.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong administrative experience, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
