Monitor cash flow and ensure effective financial planning and control.
Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage budgets effectively.

Implement and maintain financial systems and controls to enhance efficiency.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Proven experience in financial management and reporting, ideally within the Not For Profit sector.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
