Adecco are pleased to be recruiting for Administrative Support to work within the Lincolnshire Police Force.

We're seeking organised, proactive, and customer-focused individuals to step into exciting temporary Administrative Support roles within the public services sector. Based in the vibrant community of Nettleham, Lincoln, these positions offer a unique opportunity to contribute to essential operations while enjoying a competitive hourly rate of £12.83 per hour.

**Please note this role will be subject to Police Vetting, you must have been residing within the UK for a minimum of 3 Years continually**

In this role, you'll be at the heart of the action, supporting various departments such as Human Resources, Crime Management, Health and Care, Facilities, and Firearms Licensing. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring that departmental processes run smoothly and that colleagues have the support they need to serve our communities effectively.

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing administrative support to diverse teams and departments.
Responding to inquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
Processing documentation, correspondence, and reports efficiently.
Monitoring shared inboxes and managing workflow effectively.
Supporting meetings and events by preparing documentation and recording actions.
Producing management information, data, and reports to assist decision-making.
Liaising with police officers, staff, partner organisations, and the public.
Supporting procurement and financial administration processes as needed.
Ensuring compliance with Force policies and GDPR requirements in information management.

What We're Looking For:

Previous administrative or office-based experience.
Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
