Dispute Resolution Legal Secretary

Location: Banbury

Salary: c£26,000 per annum

This is a very well-established multi-office, high street law practice, who have steadily grown their office network over the years, giving them a great regional presence and a loyal client following. What you’ll be doing:

The role will involve:

Providing secretarial and administrative support to a busy Dispute Resolution Department
Liaising with fee earners on the progress of cases
Dealing with clients by phone, email and in person and conducting conflict checks
Making appointments for clients and diary management
Preparing bundles for court
Typing of correspondence and legal documents
File opening and closing using a legal case management system
Supporting with preparation of invoices and cost scheduling for clients

Who we’re looking for:

Suitable candidates will have:

Previous, up to date secretarial and administrative experience, within a law firm or similar professional services environment
Proficiency in Word, Outlook and ideally legal case management systems
A positive, client-focused approach
The ability to work well as part of a team player

This is a permanent job which offered on a full time (35 hours pw) basis. The role will be fully office-based, with parking available on site.
