HR Administrator

Are you looking to build a career in HR within a friendly, supportive team? We're recruiting for an HR Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Dartford, and while HR experience is a bonus, what matters most to them is finding someone with the right attitude, who's organised, adaptable, and a great fit for the team.

In return, you'll join a business that genuinely looks after its people, including a fantastic 41 days holiday allowance, so you can properly switch off and recharge.

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
Maintaining and updating employee records and HR systems accurately
Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes
Preparing HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and correspondence
Assisting with recruitment administration where needed
Being a friendly first point of contact for employee queries
Handling information professionally and in line with data protection standards

What We're Looking For:

HR experience is desirable but not essential - we're just as interested in your attitude and potential
Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail
Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and happy to pick up new systems
Able to juggle a busy workload and prioritise effectively
