Project Support Administrator
Based in West Molesey with on-site parking, office-based role whilst training, with flexibility of 1-2 days from home after probation
Hours: 9am to 5.30pm, offering flexible start and end times

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and detail-oriented Project Support Administrator to join a growing business within the construction and design sector.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing projects, supporting clients, coordinating information, and ensuring projects run smoothly from order confirmation through to completion. Working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining accurate project documentation and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Project Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project administration from order confirmation through to completion
- Review quotations and project information using CRM and project management systems
- Update and maintain accurate customer and project records
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to obtain pricing and technical information
- Provide regular project updates and manage client expectations
- Coordinate project schedules and key milestones
- Handle incoming enquiries professionally and direct calls as appropriate
Technical Project Support
- Confirm site surveys, measurements, and specifications
- Review drawings and project documentation for accuracy
- Verify product specifications, finishes, compliance requirements, and project details
- Coordinate site visits and surveys with relevant teams
- Ensure compliance and documentation is completed before project release
- Support internal teams with project-related administration and coordination
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in project coordination, project administration, sales support, customer service, or a similar role
- Experience within construction, manufacturing, interiors, or a related industry is advantageous
- Has ideally dealt with technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Confident using Microsoft Office 365 and CRM/project management systems
