Description

Lead integrated marketing campaigns to promote professional qualifications and support product launches.
Create and deliver engaging content across websites, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising channels.
Use customer insights, market research, and performance data to inform marketing strategy and decision-making.
Develop and optimise customer journeys to improve lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates.
Manage paid and organic social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience growth.
Build relationships with employers, training providers, and other external partners to support business development.
Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and provide reporting on key marketing metrics and ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing projects on time and within budget.

Profile

Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Strong background in both B2B and B2C marketing, including lead generation and customer engagement.
Skilled at using data, market research, and analytics to inform strategy and measure success.
Experienced in creating compelling content for websites, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
Confident managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong relationship-building and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in CRM, CMS, marketing automation, social media, and analytics platforms.
A proactive, self-motivated marketer with excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
