About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Burton upon Trent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting a busy workplace, managing a variety of administrative tasks, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and direct telephone calls and emails professionally.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.
Schedule appointments and manage diaries.
Process data and update internal systems.
Order office supplies and support day-to-day office operations.
Assist colleagues with general administrative tasks.
Welcome visitors and provide a professional first point of contact.

Skills & Experience

Previous administrative or office experience is desirable.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
Friendly, professional, and team-oriented approach.
