Administration Clerk

Location: Magor

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Job Type: Full Time

WS People Providers are currently recruiting for an Administration Clerk to join a busy transport and logistics operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual with strong administration skills and experience using Microsoft Excel.

Shift Pattern

Standard hours: 10:00am – 6:00pm
Flexibility is required to provide holiday and sickness cover.
During training, shifts may be 6:00am – 2:00pm or 12:00pm – 8:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

Providing day to day administrative support.
Managing emails and responding professionally to enquiries.
Updating and maintaining records using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.
Processing paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Supporting the wider operational team with general administrative duties.

What We're Looking For

Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Experience managing emails in a professional office environment.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good communication skills.
Reliable, proactive and able to work as part of a busy team.
