We are recruiting for an experienced Admin / HR Advisor to join a growing organisation based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining HR support, administration and process improvement. You will act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring effective HR processes are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide HR advice and support to employees and managers
Support employee relations, absence management and performance processes
Maintain HR policies, procedures and confidential employee records
Support recruitment, onboarding and new starter processes
Assist with payroll, training records and compliance requirements
Improve HR processes and documentation
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations

About You:

You will be an organised and proactive HR professional with:

Previous HR experience and strong administration skills
Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office

A CIPD qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
