We are recruiting for a Registry Administrator on a temporary basis until end of September to work within a team on supporting compliance checks of students and ensuring all records are kept up to date.

As an Registry Administrator your main responsibilities will be:
*Managing and arranging appointments
*Managing the centralised inbox
*Scanning and uploading documentation
*Updating all records on internal systems
*Meet and greet students
*Supporting the team where required

Skills and experience required:
*Good administration and customer service skills
*Good telephone manner
*Team player
*Communication skills
*Professional
*Attention to detail
*IT literate e.g. confident using Microsoft packages

This is a full-time vacancy, working Monday to Friday 08:30am till 17:00pm with an hour lunch.

Hourly pay rate of £12.71 p/h.
