Sales Administrator

Office Based
£12.71 per hour Full Time | 8 Hours Per Day (Start Time Between 7:00am - 9:00am)
Immediate Start | Initially 3 Months with Potential Extension

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a busy and supportive team This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with strong administrative skills to support the Sales Team and Office Manager in a varied and fast-paced role.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing sales orders and scheduling deliveries
Advising customers and account managers of delivery dates
Quoting for spare parts and processing parts orders
Handling incoming telephone calls and customer enquiries
Raising purchase orders with suppliers and the factory
Providing cover for colleagues within the sales administration team during periods of leave
Liaising with warehouses and hauliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
Maintaining and updating customer spreadsheets and records
Assisting the Office Manager with administrative tasks
Supporting the wider team with adhoc duties as required
SAP knowledge is essential

What We're Looking For:

Previous administration experience, ideally within a sales or customer service environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under pressure
SAP knowledge is essential
