Office Administrator | Administrator | Administrative Assistant | Office Assistant | Business Support Administrator

Bridport, Dorset (DT6) | £25,000 per annum | Monday to Friday | 8am-4:30pm | Permanent

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation for an Office Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team in Bridport.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a busy office environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality administrative support. You'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while supporting colleagues and customers across the business.

Key Duties

Manage and maintain customer equipment records.
Format and upload reports to customer portals.
Update and maintain information using Microsoft Access databases.
Answer incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries appropriately.
Provide general administrative support to the wider office team.
Ensure all records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
Support colleagues with day-to-day office administration as required.

Requirements

Minimum of one year's experience in an office administration role.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Professional and confident telephone manner.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Flexible, positive attitude with a willingness to support colleagues.

What We Offer

£25,000 per annum.
Permanent, full-time position.
Monday to Friday working pattern.
Working hours of 8am-4:30pm.
